The WELLS Roll-Pack System is a cost-effective means for
packaging spring units for shipping or storage. It enables
a single operator to pack between 750 and 950 innerspring
units in a normal 8-hour shift and it reduces storage
costs.
The Roll-Pack System by WELLS is designed to roll pack
standard spring system, including Bonnell, double and
triple offset, pocket springs, open-end springs and
all continuous coil systems.
COIL TRANSFER SYSTEM
The WELLS 800FL Coil Transfer System provides unmatched
speed, simplicity and flexibility. The 300 HS Coiler and
Wire Payoff Reel are controlled by "high function, low
noise transistorized" inverter drives, which eliminate
mechanical clutch and brake, and payoff problems. An innerspring
assembler with form and lace helical maker for higher
productivity; and a transfer mechanism - all directed
by microprocessor control with diagnostics and daily production
printouts.
