MelcoWash 40 C has benn formulated for use on the majority of automatic and manual cleaning systems. These include brush and cloth cleaning systems found on most Man Roland, Heidelberg, KBA, Komori and Mutsubishi presses. Testing is always recommended to ensure suitability.
Storage, Shelf Life and Health and Safety
Store in temperatures not exceeding 30oC and not falling below 5oC!
Store on either pallets or racking in order to protect from cold floors.
If lest unopened and kept in the correct conditions this product has a shelf life of 6 months.

Flammable Usage: Will not give rise to any significant hazard provided reasonable standards of industrial practica are maintained.

Excellent for removing UV ink
A powerful water miscible roller and blanket wash able to handle normal ink well as UV ink.
Cleans with a minimum of effort. Suitable for daily use.
Lift ink, grease, gum, paper dust and lift off rollers and blankets.
De-glazes and rejuvenates roller and blanket surfaces making them look like new.
Regular use of Hydro-Solv will ensure rollers and blankets are kept in prime condition with a ling life in production.
